Salesforce Commerce Cloud#
The Antavo Integration Cartridge makes it easy for Commerce Cloud developers to build Antavo-powered e-commerce storefronts.
The cartridge offers a full-featured, scalable suite of loyalty marketing automation to the Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The integration allows the ecommerce customers to be rewarded after purchases, sharing contents from the storefront, completing challenges and many other actions. Customers can enjoy benefits and redeem points for physical or virtual rewards e.g., free shipping, exclusive experiences, coupons, gift cards. Loyalty program members are also able to view their point balances, tier information or the progress of their challenges. The cartridge allows to push personalized content for the customers through the embedded Microsite.
All the loyalty program settings and configuration can be modified both in the Salesforce and Antavo platforms.
